Her professional experience, combined with her personal journey of faith, has shaped a deep belief in the power of wisdom, community, healing, and intentional growth.

Inspired by the biblical story of Naomi and Ruth, Erica created Talitha Cumi Collective and Naomi Discussions to cultivate meaningful spaces for conversation, encouragement, spiritual growth, and authentic connection.
